RESTAURANTS & BAR

Dolphin’s Point : Overlooking the waters on two sides, the restaurant offers alfresco evening ambience. The menu features a buffet with kebabs that are barbequed in a northwest frontier style as well as seafood grills.

Mattancherry Bar : Guests can relax and unwind at this handsome bar featuring a daily live Piano performance and live band on weekends.

The Pepper : The Pepper offers delicious fare from Mediterranean, Italian, North Indian and Kerala cuisines. In addition to the a la carte options and children’s menu, the restaurant offers a fine dining experience involving a five-course candlelight dinner with special table settings.

The Rice Boat : This seafood specialty restaurant offers a layout and décor inspired by traditional a ‘kettuvalam’ rice boat; the garden entrance takes the form of a full-scale prow with an authentic cane roof and lanterns adding to the ambience.

The Thai Pavilion : This restaurant makes freshness a top priority using fresh ingredients grown in the hotel gardens.
MEETING & BANQUET FACILITIES

Three banquet halls seat from 30 to 300 persons auditorium style or 25 to 250 persons for cocktails/receptions.10,000 sq ft space of Lawns facing the backwaters is also available.
